How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Made-to-order pieces are usually ready to ship in 7–14 days, depending on the design's complexity. The expected timeline is shown on the product page before you order.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists the available sizes with stock, and most products include a detailed size chart with measurements. If you're still unsure which size fits you best, message us on WhatsApp or via the Contact Us page with your measurements and we'll help you pick.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking at checkout, processed securely through our payment partner. Cash on delivery is available on selected products.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by SMS, and you can always check the latest status under Your Orders.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, for most items within 7 days of delivery — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full details. Made-to-order pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
